St. Petersburg Petrovsky College today is one of the largest professional educational organizations in Russia, leading training in programs of secondary professional education. The total number of full-time and part-time students: about 5,500. Petrovsky College trains specialists in 22 different professional educational programs of a technical, humanitarian, service and creative orientation in the most popular professions. Almost all college graduates (about 98%) find work in the first few months after graduation. The college has a team of experienced teachers, many of whom have prestigious awards and high academic titles. College graduates receive state diplomas.
Petrovsky College has all the necessary material and technical support. There are 130 classrooms and 13 workshops in the four academic buildings. College students regularly take part and become winners and prize-winners in professional skill contests, in international competitions, including in the Finnish competition “Taitaja”, in the Open Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills).
